Good afternoon. Many thanks for your consistent participation in the Behavioral Threat Assessment Training opportunities. I wanted to follow-up and share that the System Office is currently working on a regulation identified as Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management Teams. Each campus has a current policy or are drafting a policy related to this topic. The UNC System Office is sharing a draft regulation as an opportunity to add language to further support the great work by each campus. If possible, we are asking each of you to review the current draft regulation and provide any edits or recommendations. The draft regulation will also be forwarded to the following affinity groups on your campuses:

* CHROs * General Counsel * Student Affairs
