Senior Lawyers:
I’m writing on two fronts related to this request for comment that went out on Friday to your chancellors.
First, be advised of this request that went to your chancellors on Friday regarding Regs in Section 300 following “Festivus”.
Second, some time ago I noted that we are working on improving how our messages to campus senior teams are transmitted and by whom. Good news and bad news on that front: first, we are underway on developing something called a “Senior Team +” List that we’ll be rolling out soon likely from President Hans’ Office. We aim to standardize who sends what, to whom, and when. Our tech team is on the case. The bad news is it’s not a thing until it’s done, and we’re not yet done on the technical piece.
In the meantime, please be aware of this note from Michael Vollmer that I’m sharing the old-fashioned way.
