Campus GCs: I'm emailing you a second time because I failed to note that this is the first-now second-email I will have sent using a new listserv that includes me and only the top lawyer at each of our 17 academic institutions. Also, as much as I mentioned Kelly Gutzmer, I neglected to copy here for each of you "reply all" to. That was just typographical own goal by me.
I've hit you with a billing correspondence last night. This is not that. This follows on one of the action items I owe.
During our call(s) over the last two weeks-the big one and the "not pictured" calls with a few of you who had conflicts, I mentioned a public records enterprise risk assessment call or calls.
By reply all here with a copy to my colleague Kelly Gutzmer, please tell us your designee for participating in the public records enterprise risk assessment calls(s). Some of you have already communicated to me that you'd like to self-designate. Self-designation is allowed and welcome.
However, to ensure that your earlier communications about self-designation were not done under duress or in a moment of irrational exuberance, please email us again to confirm that you want to be part of this exercise (even if you've already told me once...).
Please email me and Kelly Gutzmer by "reply all" here so we can tally up the 17-person roster for the call(s) to be scheduled.
