This email is to inform you that President Hans wrote and attached the following to the chancellors this morning:

Chancellors,

I am writing to provide you and your leadership team with further guidance on the development of our 2023 Legislative Agenda. As we craft our priorities, we must remain focused on our strategic plan goals, while adapting to the changing higher education landscape. By December 16, 2022, I invite your institutions to submit critical budget needs and policy flexibility requests aligned with the priorities outlined in this memo.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to Ms. Haygood or Mr. Goodson with any questions and thank you for all you do to move the UNC System forward.
