Both The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) responded that they are willing to accept applications from UNC institutions. In addition to our guidance memo, we have provided their responses for your consideration, as well as documents obtained from the U.S. Department of Education regarding their review process.
