Dear ELI Cohort 4,

We are excited to get together for the Executive Leadership Institute Module 2 at North Carolina A&T. Module 2 will take place at the North Carolina A&T Alumni-Foundation Event Center in Greensboro, North Carolina, located at 200 N Benbow Rd. Greensboro, NC 27411. The attached participant packet provides more details.

Schedule The program will kick-off on Thursday, February 8th at 9:00am at the Alumni-Foundation Event Center. On Friday, February 9th, class will end around 3:30pm. Please find the block schedule attached for your reference. Business casual attire is appropriate for class.

On Wednesday, February 7th a reception room will be available for our group from 4:30 - 8pm. Please join us after you have checked in.

Accommodations Accommodations will be at the Proximity Hotelhttps://www.proximityhotel.com/ in Greensboro, NC. Let us know if you have not made reservations and still need to.

Pre-Work FIRO-B Assessment You should have completed your FIRO-B Assessment. The Four Mindsets Book Please read the Four Mindsets: How to Influence, Motivate and Lead High Performance Teams book. Make sure you bring your books to Module 2.
