ELI Cohort 4 Participants, We're looking forward to seeing you virtually next week for the Fall Seminar on Wednesday, November 8th at 11am via Zoom. We're excited to have UNC System Chief Financial Officer, Jennifer Haygood, and Vice President of University Finance, Brandy Andrews, who will both be leading the seminar. The login information will be updated on your calendars. Please also complete a 15 minute prework assessment for Module 2 by next week! The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior(tm) (FIRO-B(r)) instrument helps individuals understand their behavior and the behavior of others. With the insights of an individual's interpersonal needs it can help improve workplace interactions. Click here to Complete Your FIRO-B Instrument<https://elevate.themyersbriggs.com/Respondent/ReturningUser?tokenId=9cae1fc…> before Monday, November 6. You will go over the results with your coach before Module 2 at NCA&T as it will be used during the program. Thank you, Anne ANNE C.
