Parking information The parking garage has entrances on West Street and Harrington Street. You'll need to park in any space that is not on the side designated as residential parking and get a parking ticket. You can pay for parking on either the 1st floor (ground floor) or the lobby on the 9th floor. Take the elevator up to the 9th floor and someone will let you onto the 17th floor.
