Good Morning all, The building's HVAC controls server is currently down, causing some of HVAC units throughout the building to be offline. The HVAC technicians are on-site and working to get the system back online as soon as possible. We will continue to keep you informed as information comes in. Cookie Exchange!

Good afternoon! This is a friendly reminder of the Cookie Exchange happening on Monday at 2pm on the 17th Floor! How it works: * You are welcome to make your own cookies or treats OR bring cookies bought from a store. (Judgment-free zone!) * At the Exchange, you will put your own cookies out for others to take while you collect cookies from your friends! * Only take if you bake (or try if you buy). So, kindly do not take cookies if you do not bring cookies. * Mix it up so everyone gets to try all the cookies; no cookie monsters! * We will provide a take-home vessel (bag or box) for your newly acquired treats. Beeping from freezer

Hi all! At this point I'm sure that most of you have heard the beeping coming from the freezer. Please continue to bear with us as we continue to work with Canteen to get the issue resolved. Ultimately, we would like a replacement but while we wait for that request to be granted, we have requested that the machine be unplugged (food inside the freezer will be removed) to avoid it further impacting the work environment. We are currently waiting for a tech to come and do this for us. In the meantime, I have been taught how to stop the freezer from beeping and while I have made it a priority to constantly check it, I do get caught up in doing other things which causes me to not be able to check as often as planned, if at any time you hear it, feel free to reach out and let me know. Window Washing (Interior and Exterior) this week

Good afternoon, Hope you had a great weekend! The semi-annual window washing for The Dillon is scheduled for this week. The exterior cleaning is underway and will go through Friday August 18th. Crews will be on site from approximately 8 am to 2 pm each day. Please note, there will temporarily be barricades on the sidewalk directly underneath where the crews are cleaning but the building and parking deck will remain open and accessible at all times. The interior cleaning will take place from Wednesday August 16th to Friday August 18th. The crews will begin work from approximately 8 am to 2 pm each day. They will start on the 18th Floor and work their way down the floors. The crews will clean approximately three floors per day. Please ensure all personal items are removed from the windowsills prior to the cleaning. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any additional information. Construction Work - This Friday, July 21

Good afternoon, We will be having construction done on the 18th floor this Friday, July 21 and Monday, July 24 to install a new ice and coffee machine. Water will be out in the canteen and the single-use bathrooms in the hallway. Electricity may also be out in the hallway but will not impact work stations or the use of elevators. If you have questions or concerns during the work, please see Kearara Bethea at the reception desk on the 18th floor.
