Attached and below are 3 resources related to UNC campus COVID vaccination clinic planning that will be helpful for those of our campuses engaged in this effort.

1. NCEM NC Mass Vaccination Plan Concept of Operations v4 - Our friends at NCEM have revised and updated the previous draft Con Ops plan. 2. Friday Center Vaccine Operations Plan - UNC Health has graciously shared its operations plan for its highly successful Friday Center vaccination clinic. 3.
