UNC Executive Leadership Institute Cohort 2 Participants,
We are looking forward to hosting you at UNC Charlotte (in person session) for the third, and final, module of the UNC Executive Leadership Institute. During our time together, we will focus on two themes: navigating contexts and meeting the moment. All materials are located on the SharePoint site<https://uncsystem.sharepoint.com/sites/UNCExecutiveLeadershipInstituteCohor…>.
Navigating Contexts. Success as a leader, a team, or an organization cannot be separated from the contexts in which you operate. Module 3 invites you to bring yourself as a leader (module 1) along with those you lead (module 2), into these broader contexts: the importance of the local community, changes in higher education, and the need to navigate across the UNC System.
Meeting the Moment. There will be times when your leadership is tested - when you must bring together yourself as a leader, with those you lead, in a variety of contexts to meet unexpected challenges. How you present yourself and communicate with others is a crucial element required to meet these challenges. Module 3 offers an opportunity to share your experience and learn from the experience of others in preparation for what emerges next.
