Hello everyone. I was finally able to log into the Qualtrics admin account and Chris doesn't appear to have an account with our brand. Not sure why that is. So maybe there is a problem authenticating him when logging in via MyApps since he clearly as an @northcarolina.edu account? Looks like the url you are using is an intermediate url perhaps a wrong bookmark which is taking you to the non-SSO login for Qualtrics.
