Freight elevator service

The freight elevator will be temporarily out of service tomorrow September 22nd from 8 am to approximately 11 am while a repair is made in the elevator shaft. The vendors will do everything possible to expedite the repairs. This also means that mail will be picked up later than usual. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Window Washing (Interior and Exterior) this week

Good afternoon, Hope you had a great weekend! The semi-annual window washing for The Dillon is scheduled for this week. The exterior cleaning is underway and will go through Friday August 18th. Crews will be on site from approximately 8 am to 2 pm each day. Please note, there will temporarily be barricades on the sidewalk directly underneath where the crews are cleaning but the building and parking deck will remain open and accessible at all times. The interior cleaning will take place from Wednesday August 16th to Friday August 18th. The crews will begin work from approximately 8 am to 2 pm each day. They will start on the 18th Floor and work their way down the floors. The crews will clean approximately three floors per day. Please ensure all personal items are removed from the windowsills prior to the cleaning. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any additional information. Construction Work - This Friday, July 21

Good afternoon, We will be having construction done on the 18th floor this Friday, July 21 and Monday, July 24 to install a new ice and coffee machine. Water will be out in the canteen and the single-use bathrooms in the hallway. Electricity may also be out in the hallway but will not impact work stations or the use of elevators. If you have questions or concerns during the work, please see Kearara Bethea at the reception desk on the 18th floor.
