HRDM Reminders and Updates - August 2021

Good Morning, I have cancelled the HRDM campus call for Monday, August 23. Please see below for reminders and updates. * HRDM August Due Date o Tuesday, August 31st * 2021 PDF Preparation o The October HRDM submission is used to create the annual PDF dataset. o The PDF is used by the System Office for all official HR reporting, such as IPEDS and AAUP. o Now would be a good time to start running the PDF verification reports in HRDM HRDM >> Reports >> PDF Validations. o You can also check your data in the other monthly PDF datasets HRDM >> Reports >> Stock Reports >> 2019 Personnel Data File (PDF) & Later >> PDF Currently Open Submission >> PDF Last Closed o Check and cleanup your data in advance of the October snapshot closing to make sure everything is correct. o This will enable the System Office to create the 2021 PDF on time. * Annual Enhancements for 2022 We are currently gathering requirements for the HRDM 2022 enhancements. You can submit your suggestions for enhancements and new features to hrdm(a)northcarolina.edu<mailto:hrdm@northcarolina.edu>. Please submit your requests by September 20th. * Submit help tickets to hrdm(a)northcarolina.edu<mailto:hrdm@northcarolina.edu>.
