Here is a summary of yesterday's HRDM campus call.
· HRDM February due date
o This Friday, February 26th
· HRDM Submissions Tune-up
The submissions tune-up project is complete and in production. IT updated the submission load process, validation sqls and Materialized Views, improving the submission processes and overall load time. They also added the notes icon back on the Submission page (Actions column), which allows you to see the status and details of the submission processes.
· 2021 Enhancements
o The Change Control Document has been released to campuses. Please review and let us know if you have any questions. We will track changes to the document, so check it regularly for any updates. You can access it using one of the following:

Good Morning,
The 2020 PDF is complete and available to campuses. You can access it in HRDM by going to Reports >> Stock Reports >> 2019 Personnel Data File (PDF) & Later report, and filtering on October FY 2021. You can also access the 2020 PDF dataset in Redshift.
Changes for 2020 include:
- Base Salary is being used for IPEDS HR.
- New PDF Gender field. The Gender field (labeled as Employee Gender in PDF) sent in the employee datafeed now accepts a value of N. PDF Gender is a derived field that assigns M/F when Gender = N.
- Department of Rank is no longer derived, it is pulled from the new Department of Rank Desc field on the Employee Datafeed.
- Modifications for employee salary based on the separation of base salary and supplemental salary:
New Fields added:
o Base Salary (annual salary or contract amount from empl datafeed)
o Base Salary State (state funded salary based on primary job state fund pct)
o Base Salary Non state (non state funded salary based on primary job non state fund pct)
o Sup Salary (total salary of jobs with supplemental pay ind = Y)
o Sup Salary State (total state funded salary of jobs with supplemental pay ind = Y)
o Sup Salary Non State (total non state funded salary of jobs with supplemental pay ind = Y)
Current Fields updated:
o Employee Salary Total = Base Salary + Sup Salary (empl annual salary or contract amount from empl datafeed + total salaries of jobs with supplemental pay ind = Y)
o Employee Salary State = Base Salary State + Sup Salary State
o Employee Salary Non State = Base Salary Non State + Sup Salary Non State
