HRDM Campus Call Summary - Jan 2021

Good Afternoon, Here is a summary of yesterday's HRDM campus call. * HRDM January Due Date o Friday, January 29th. * 2020 Official PDF o We found a data issue with the SSC campuses that affects just NPEs, and are working on a code update to fix it. We have received approval from the campus CHROs to make the updates to the October data for the PDF. o We are currently working with the SSC to fix this issue and get the correct data for the PDF. We hope to finalize the updates this week and plan to complete the PDF early next week. o We will notify everyone when the PDF is ready, and you can pull it from HRDM or Redshift. * 2021 Enhancements The Change Control Document has been released to campuses. Please review it and let us know if you have any questions. We will track changes to the document, so check regularly for any updates. You can still review and send us your feedback by the end of this week. * HRDM Submissions Tune up Submissions are taking too long to run and takes hours for some campuses. IT is updating the load process, validation sqls and MVs for the submissions to run efficiently. Due to other priorities, the updates are not ready for production. We are still testing the changes and will try to have this done as soon as possible. * Submit help tickets to hrdm(a)northcarolina.edu<mailto:hrdm@northcarolina.edu>. Please include the HRDM instance in the ticket - DEV, QA, PRD, or Redshift. * Next call: February 22th .
